Spaghetti Squash With Alfredo Sauce, Pico, and Turkey

This is a super quick meal to throw together if you happen to have these on hand. Because I love spaghetti squash, I try to prepare one at least every other week and then I store it in the fridge so I can easily bulk up my meals. A few days ago, I was rummaging around trying to decide what sounded good… and I came up with this combo. I ended up loving it so I wanted to share.   :)

You will need:

1 cup spaghetti squash

1/4 cup alfredo sauce

1/4 cup (or more) pico

4 oz. cubed Jennie-O pre cooked turkey breast

pepper to taste

Combine the spaghetti squash and alfredo sauce and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds…

Add pepper to taste and stir in as much pico as desired…

Add the cubed turkey and heat in the microwave for an additional 60 seconds…

That’s it… simple and quick  :)
