Spinach Smoothie

Giving all the credit to my sister-in-law Cyndi on this one…
She told me about these last summer and I really love them now!
2 handfuls of spinach, half a banana, and 1/4 of lemon, and about half a cup of water or more depending on consistency…

Blend together in the magic bullet or blender of choice…

Add approximately 1 cup of frozen fruit…

(depending on the color of your fruit… it will change the color of the smoothie)

 

I have started adding a scoop of fiber….  this is what I have on hand now, but benefiber is fine too…
